ERI Economic Research Institute was founded in 1987 to provide salary survey and cost-of-living research to HR professionals in the form of survey software databases, published salary reports, and online salary surveys. Human resource managers, directors and executives all over the world rely on our compensation analyses to set individual pay, adjust branch office salary structures, and set relocation allowances.

Are you Outsourcing?

I was speaking with someone today who has been using a consultant to benchmark for his clients. He realised the consultant was making more money than he was. The Salary Assessor could be exactly what he needs. He could use the Benchmark tab for each of his clients and then save to a spreadsheet. The Salary Assessor UK/EU Professional Edition costs £489. It’s quick and easy to use and saves on consultancy fees.
