ERI Tutorials

ERI is in the process of developing a series of tutorials with instructions for "how to use" ERI's products, including software applications and web sites.

These tutorials were also developed with practical case study examples that help to train the Compensation or Benefits Analyst on such topics as:

Determining the Market Rate for a Position using the Salary Assessor software and databases.
Setting Branch Office Salary Structures using the Geographic Assessor software and databases.
Relocating an Employee Within the United States using the Relocation Assessor software and databases.
Designing a Compensation Plan for Top Management using the Executive Compensation Assessor software and databases.
