LAN User Fee Schedule

LAN DISCOUNT prices are available to ERI subscribers for LAN (Local Area Network) applications when all of the following conditions apply:

1. All users are located in the same geographic location,

2. all users are ordering the same product or product(s),

3. and the order for all users is placed at the same time.

A LAN license assumes a minimum of 2 users. If the software is to be loaded to a local network or to several local networks in one location, each network must exist at a single geographic location, and each user must be counted as one. Use of the Assessor Series™ software and databases on an Intranet or Internet site, other than as licensed under ERI’s Manager’s Analyses Internet Series, is a violation of the ERI End-User License Agreement.

Orders for LAN subscriptions must be placed at one time, with shipment of quarterly updates to a single location. Subscription prices do not include the Subscriber Annual Web-Based Content Access Fee or taxes. Please provide a purchase order number.

LAN Discount Pricing Schedule (Assumes a minimum of 2 users.):

1st user: 100% of full price

2nd user: 75% of full price

3rd - 99th users: 50% of full price

Subscriber Annual Web-Based Content Access Fee

Receive one quarterly update each quarter: $19.60.
